C.H., BVS (Ayu), D. Ayu is administrative director of and an instructor at the New Jersey Institute of Ayurveda, of which he is a graduate. A retired accountant with a background in journalism, he has been a lifelong student of and writer on the themes of traditional healing, alternative medicine, spirituality and eastern and western alchemy. In addition to his role as an Ayurvedic practitioner, he is a certified herbalist and Reiki Master in the traditional Usui lineage and has authored numerous professional and popular articles in these fields.
